The EarthSaver flooring product line offers a comprehensive range of environmentally preferred flooring. Our EarthSaver and Rubberflex Impact series use 100% post consumer rubber — recycled rubber tires — that would normally be discarded into junkyards and landfills. The tires are ground into various size granules, and then cleaned and sorted after all metal, dirt, and fibers are removed.
Our EPDM color granules are made from 30% to 100% pre-consumer waste. The granules are mixed into a myriad of color combinations. Our preferred color range is but a tiny fraction of the colors and patterns we can produce.
Our EarthSaver flooring line was first produced by the German company that invented the process of recycling rubber tires into sheet flooring and underlayment — and we called it Rubberflex Speckled “S”.
Since those early days, the EarthSaver family of flooring products has expanded to include a variety of rubber tile products, rubber rolls and interlocking tile floors. All Rubberflex flooring products qualify buildings for LEED points, while providing a beautiful range of contemporary floor covering.
